Acompañamiento técnico a pequeños productores campesinos, asociados al programa de biotecnología agrícola (pba), del corregimiento de Berástegui- Ciénaga de Oro, Córdoba

A support process was carried out applying the participatory approach of the PBA corporation, to 106 producers from 4 organizations, located in the Berástegui, district, municipality of Ciénaga de Oro (Córdoba). This accompaniment included technical training for crop improvement using the “learn by doing” methodology; the promotion of community participation through experiences of collective production and trials managed by Nuclei of Participatory Research (NIP), and technical assistance to producers in their individual and community production systems. It was evidenced that the producers: actively participated in the training and were able to apply the knowledge and practices learned in their agricultural systems; They responded to the recommendations generated from the technical assistance, which made it possible to improve the development of crops until harvest, and increased interaction in the different spaces where they participated, strengthening group work and giving more solidity to the organizations they participated in. belong.INTRODUCCIÓN 121. Este acompañamiento abarcó capacitación técnica para mejoramiento de cultivos utilizando la metodología del “aprender-haciendo”; la promoción a la participación comunitaria a través de experiencias de producción colectiva y ensayos gestionados por Núcleos de Investigación Participativa (NIP), y la asistencia técnica a los productores en sus sistemas productivos individuales y comunitarios. Se evidenció que los productores: participaron activamente en las capacitaciones y lograron aplicar los conocimientos y prácticas aprendidas en sus sistemas agrícolas; atendieron las recomendaciones generadas de la asistencia técnica, lo cual posibilitó mejorar el desarrollo de los cultivos hasta la cosecha, y aumentaron la interacción en los distintos espacios donde participaron, fortaleciendo el trabajo de grupo y dando más solidez a las organizaciones a las que pertenecen.PregradoIngeniero(a) Agronómico(a)Práctica Empresaria
